The home provides residential comfort for all. We have ample room - our living spaces and communal areas are considerably greater than required to meet the National Minimum Standards (NMS). Our half acre garden is available for residents use.
All residents have their own room and key. All bedrooms are over the NMS of 10 square metres including two exceptionally large rooms of 15.4 sq m and 16 sq m.

Recent improvements include motion sensor lighting, corridor walls replastered and decorated, a new kitchen, new windows, made to measure blinds, new communal furniture, refurbished bathroom, new walk in shower room, upgraded bedrooms including new furniture and new floorings.
