As well as our own in-house activity sessions, we engage specialist workers and therapists who work with the residents both on and off-site. Sessions are held individually or in small groups.
Medication, drug and alcohol awareness
Cooking, daily living skills, budgeting
Reflexology or other complementary therapies
Arts and crafts
Gardening
Gym and swimming
Caring for animals on a local farm









Staff encourage residents to pursue their hobbies and interests and assist with college placements and/or voluntary work where relevant. We provide various equipment and games for residents' use including computer with internet access.
Outings are geared to individual resident's desires, needs and capabilities and, therefore, are usually in small groups. Some examples:
