Our chef prepares freshly made meals from scratch most days and this eliminates the need for additives, preservatives or extensively processed foods.
Residents' favourite meals are provided where possible and we cater for different diets. A variety of snacks and drinks are always available. We provide a healthy supply of fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, oily fish and essential fatty acids (healthy fats).

We often grow vegetables and herbs in the High Oaks' garden. Some of our residents are keen to assist and they enjoy eating the rewards of their work and contribution.
