Direct line trains run from London Liverpool Street to Diss (1.5 hours) and from Norwich and Ipswich to Diss.
The local bus company operates a service to both Diss and Norwich. High Oaks also has its own vehicle used regularly for appointments, activities, outings etc.
from Norwich
Take the A140 towards Ipswich and go through Long Stratton. Four miles

past Long Stratton, turn right at the signposted Attleborough (B1134). Follow this road for 2 miles and go over a railway crossing. In 0.75 miles turn left into Rectory Road which is sign posted. High Oaks is 0.75 miles down the road on the right.
from Ipswich
Take the A140 towards
Norwich. Turn left at the
Pulham Market crossroads
(B1134), then follow
instructions as above.
