All care staff undertake individual induction training programmes, implemented in line with The Common Induction Standards for Social Care. We send selected staff on external training courses and other courses appropriate to the client group.
We have positive training links with University of East Anglia (UEA), Norwich as well as Norfolk and Suffolk Care Support. Placements are as follows: nurse students from UEA; health and social care students from City College, Norwich.

We assist our nurses in fulfilling their continued professional development requirements and offer a preceptorship package to newly qualified nurses and ongoing clinical supervision to all care staff.
